When you arrive at DUUC for the live auction:

  1. Check-in at the door.  

  • If you already have purchased your all-inclusive live auction ticket and received your live auction catalog with your bidding number, you must still check-in to activate your bidding number.

  • If you wish to purchase your all-inclusive live auction ticket on Auction night, you'll receive your catalog and activate your bid number during check-in.

2. Enjoy food, drink and the good company of your fellow auction attendees from 5:30 until 6:45.

3. Gather in the sanctuary for the live auction action!

4.  Pick up and payment by check for all your purchases - Virtual/Silent or Live Auction - can be made in Kreves Hall on Sunday, Nov 2 or Sunday, Nov 9, between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. A volunteer will give you an invoice to review. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your invoice, they may be addressed at that time. Alternatively, if you cannot pay by check on Nov 2 or 9, or if you prefer to use the credit card on file with your Greater Giving registration and ticket purchase, your card will be charged on November 17. (Payment by check is preferred, as it saves the credit card fee.)
