Our number one goal is to provide the most enjoyable auction experience for our guests. To do so, we want to end strong! This year, we hope to have you out and on your way as quickly as possible!
Improved Check-out Process:
After the Live Auction, come to the Learning Center through the main doors off the lobby. Find the counter that corresponds to your bid number. A volunteer will give you an invoice to review and your Silent Auction items. If you have an issue with your invoice or wish to pay that night, proceed to the Founders Room. Otherwise, exit through the same door through which you entered and you can leave. Bring a check or other form of payment to church the next day and drop it off before either service. We will process the payment and provide a paid receipt after.
Please note that similar to previous years, all credit card purchases made at the auction will be charged a credit card processing fee. This year the fee will be a 2.95% of the total purchase. Cash and checks are also accepted with no fees.
What to Expect the Night of the Auction
Schedule for the evening:
- 4:30 Doors Open and Silent Auction begins
- 5:15 to 6:45 Dinner
- 6:15 to 6:45 Silent Auction Sections Closes
- 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Live Auction
(Youth programming takes place during the entire evening.)
